Deposit secures your seat. Balance is due 60 days before departure. All payments are Stripe-protected and refundable per the cancellation policy.
What documents do I need to upload?
Passport (valid 6+ months from return), a passport-style photo, and any vaccination cards required by Saudi authorities at the time of travel.
Can I cancel?
Full refund up to 60 days before departure. Partial refund 60–30 days before. The Al Bayt ops team handles cancellations on behalf of every agency to keep the policy consistent.
Is this a group trip?
Yes — group size is typically 30 – 40 travellers. The imam and agency lead are with the group throughout.
